Magnus sucks eh? Whatever helps you sleep at night. Its astonishing that someone who is probably in the top ten in the world can be considered to suck at it.
So, get to work 😀, we here at RHP are waiting for you to throw in your bid for the World Title. Well??

too bad Magnus still sucks. I wonder will he ever win anything big...

Who do you have?
Aronian vs Shirov: "Snore"ronian unless he keeps missing one movers. Nerves? Tragically another person who has beaten Kramnik in a classical match falls.
Leko vs Bareev: "Count Drawcula" in a blowout. Sadly, another person who has drawn Kramnik in a classical match advances.
Rublevsky vs Grischuk: Grishuk. Should be exciting i another person who has beaten Kramnik in a classical match (they both have!) must advance.
Aronian vs Shirov: Roughly even match. I'm going to guess Shirov.
Leko vs Bareev: Leko is a clear favorite. Bareev was over 2700 for awhile, but he's been on a big slide for months.
Rublevsky vs Grischuk: Grischuk is a clear favorite.
Gelfand vs Kamsky: Of all the players, I believe Gelfand puts the most time and effort into preparation. But Kamsky has been playing very well lately, so I consider Gelfand only a moderate favorite.
Regarding the previous matches:
I thought Rublevsky over Ponomariev was a mild upset.
I rated Bareev vs. Polgar a tossup and was surprised that Bareev obtained a quick lead in the match.
I expected Gelfand to win his match more comfortably than he did, but a win is a win.
It was unfortunate that Shirov and Adams were paired in the first round, because I felt they were both in the top 6 (out of the 16 players).
All other matches went pretty much as I expected.

Bump.
When does the next round start. Where can I follow this?

Or on Playchess, ICC and probably several other places.

Gelfand vs Kamsky: I have no idea who will win.
Originally posted by KorchYeah I agree... although with the way Kamsky has been playing I am going with him to win the match. I think Aronian and Leko are clear favorites in their respective matches.
