What is ELO and how does one have ELO?
I` dont remember exactly (because I got ELO more than 3 years ago in 2003), but I think you need to play at least 8 games against ELO-rated opponents ang get at least 1/3 points against them.

but why are these puzzles so easy. any +1400 player should be able to solve these in seconds...
