Ok i understand how to castle but how do you move the 2 pieces on the board. Can only seem to move one or tuther😠

Just move the King two spaces and click 'move'. The program will understand this as castling, assuming you can legally do so.

There is another answer as well. If moving the piece to check the king results in a discovered check than the king is always forced to move. So if the moved piece is also protected it usually means big trouble 🙄
