Start a new game, go to advanced options and set up the board. Copy the FEN and paste into a new message with the insert board from FEN option. Don't forget to cancel the game you started, otherwise you leave an open challenge. Simple, really.

Thanks for your help!!

that one looks like a win for white since white's king is closer and should be able to get in front of the pawn

It's a win for white, as the white king easily reaches c5. After that, escorting the pawn is pretty simple.

i'm gonna need a little more than that. preferably with a justification for why its a draw.
1.Ka1 Ka3 2.? etc.
and
1.Ka1 Kc5 2.? etc.

1...Ka3 2.Rc3! and Black has nothing better than 2...Kb4 3.Rc1 repeating the position.
1...Kc5 2.Kb2 Kd4 3.Rd1+ Ke3 4.Rh1. Even if bK were permitted to remain on d2 (White will certainly harrass with lateral checks), ...c3+ Kxb3 does nothing, as does ...a1Q+ Rxa1.

Sorry, I thought the follow up 1...Ka3 2. Rc3 was obvious. I didn't even look at 1...Kc5 because I don't see any way for black to make any progress in that line.
