This is the text you get when you've been offered a draw:
Your opponent has offered you a draw!
If you do not want to accept, then continue to play as normal.
If you would like to accept the draw, please click here.
The link is blue and underlined: "click here".
The instruction is crystal clear but, anyway, I think it is very easy to click the link, just to find out what will happen. Some people are very click-happy (myself included).
I don't know if there is a "Are you sure?" question so you can back out from it, or if the draw is a one-only click. If not, perhaps it should be. If not any other reason, just to avoid frustrated people like this fellow.

This is no longer about the game being a draw anymore. It is about the admin's and mod's interference with my game. In fact, that was the MAIN ISSUE here, not whether the game was lost, won, or drawn. THEY BROKE THEIR OWN RULES!! I just cannot believe that people would even back the admins and mods with their interference in my game!! I guess they don't mind their games being interfered with!!
The one thing you should be sure about is that a draw occured where you do not want one.
If you ever get in a sortlike situation again, try to respond something like this.
"Hello admin, it seems that a draw occured in game . I do not know if it is a glitch in the system, or a mistake I accidently made, but I contacted my opponent and he agreed to continue the game. Would you be so kind to reopen it?" Chanches are that you get your game reinstated.
If you tried this several times and you don't get a reaction. Take a deep breath and have a beer. Then enter a new tournament.
Accusing people of faul acts when you can not know such a thing, is not very thoughtfull. Besides that, it seems very unlogical to me that admins would taunt a customer.
Originally posted by MetBierOpThis was one of the first real logical replies in this whoe thread!! Thank you for the advice. I did not know why I did not think of that. Maybe I should have, but I was too furious at the time. I will try it next time if they do it again. I don't drink alcohol. LOL

I like to thank all of those who support or agree or both with me. Those who side with the admins and mods, I guess you really don't care if your games will be interfered or not since it does not bother you that they would interfere with games.

I bet you guys would be very happy to get the undesireable result.

Clearly he has issues if he thinks the mods/site admin are picking him out for special treatment.
Tell you what, I'll make that resolution if you stop pretending to play chess

I took a look at the game and your move was actually the last move played. Therefore, you haven't actually accepted a draw offer, but offered it. Are you sure you didn't tick the "Offer draw" option before making your move? Even accidently. It is possible to tick it without using the mouse by tabbing to the box and pressing space (standard windows functionality). You might have had it ticked before making your move. All TacticalStrategy needed to do was accept it.
You might have done something like tick the box (without realising), maybe browse around in other windows for a bit, forgot that you had the box ticked, came back to the game and made the move.
The possibilities are endless. 😉

How can I prove that the admins and mods did it?? There is no way I can prove it.
Our friend vietasianfox45 perhaps is right after all by finding his game wind up in a unvoluntary draw.
If my theory is right, there could be a draw offer, not sent by him but rather by a bug. His opponent thought it was a real one and accepted the draw. The mods didn't stop the game and forced it a draw, so they are not liars and has none responability. I'm inclined to believe it is a bug lurking somewhere.
Strange things happen...
Originally posted by FabianFnasIt could be a bug. It could also be an involuntary submission of a draw offer (I have occasionally carelessly left the mouse pointer hovering about whilst looking at things, thinking I was on the analysis board, and submitted an unintended move - these things happen).

... but what it is not is a deliberate intervention by Admin forcing a draw.
If enough people report a "bug" I am sure it will be attended to but for now can we stop getting worked up and inflaming the situation as we will never know how it really happened.

Hi guys,
I am sorry I don't specifically remember this game, however I'm pretty sure I offered a draw and it was accepted.
If this had been a glitch, I would have also wondered what happened (which I didn't). It came as no surprise at the time, so I had assumed the draw was accepted.
Maybe a wrong click?
There was no repetition here and not enough moves without a capture or pawn move.
Originally posted by vietasianfox45I just don't believe that there was interference. I think most people have trouble believing that.
It is not about the game anymore!! It is about their interference with the game and their breaking their OWN rules!! If you can't see that, then you really must not mind if they did the same thing to you!!
A computer glitch seems more likely.
User error seems most likely.

In the vietasianfox45 case the draw offer was accepted by his opponent and pissed of our friend.
Is there anyone else here, who has seen his game in draw with no reason? Please report!
In any case, there is no reason to be unfriendly and call eachother names. RHP is a friendly place.
