No, 3. Qe2! with 4. Kd1, 5. Qe1 should be the way to go.

1. e4 d5 2. Ke2 dxe4 3. Qe1 Nf6 4. Kd1

You could even go for the all-the-way gambit:

4... Bg4+ 5. f3 exf3 6. Bc4 fxg2+

How about swapping Knight stables with e3, d3 Ne2, Nd2, Nc3, Nf3, Nb1 and Ng1.

Then play chess. First to play it gets to name it.

But what about this one where I beat Korch - surely that proves the opening is so versitile, nobody can write it off.

For all you statisticians out there, good opening preparation is worth about 200 points. I had to go prophylactic on moves 5 and 6. I shall name it "Steve".
