Obviously it is subjective and debatable.
I think the top 5 are the top 5, put them in any order you feel comfortable with.
It is the best list, because it is the only list with 20 names and all other lists are incomplete.
Keres, Lopez, and some others deserve mention and Anderssen maybe should be higher.
