Just to summarise first, to avoid later confusion. MNA is going to die. None of the people are real, but they are human.

It's a double murder-suicide! Like my first post, the story of the jealous husband, the scene begins with the jealous husband already having killed MNA and LDY (MNB and LDY are married and MNA was the best man at the wedding.)
