Ah, at least we are honest enough to admit we don't have a clue. All you and your creationist quarter wits can do is cover your ignorance with drivel from the Fairy Tale Collection.

We haven't even ruled out life on the moon or mars yet, let alone the moons of Saturn and Jupiter.

At the center of the universe and hence a perfect place to see the galaxies and the universe......I'm not so sure this can be proved or is even true but there seems to be some evidence that may prove otherwise.
Staged was probably not the correct word.

I think it is fairly safe to say the moon is a sterile world.....Mars maybe....Saturn and Jupiter would have to be some form of life that loves deadly gases and gravity that would crush us that this life could withstand

The universe does not have a center. It cannot have a center because it doesn't have edges.

Mars is still very much an unknown, and I was talking about the moons of Jupiter and Saturn not the planets themselves.

There may be an edge to the universe. There is a book entitled"

Edge of the Universe: A Voyage to the Cosmic Horizon and Beyond

Nore are we at the centre of the universe. This certainly is not a perfect place to observe galaxies and the universe. There are things we can see but there are also bits obscured by the bits we can see. As far as I can see this is just an attempt to go back to the time before Copernicus removed man and earth from the centre of all things.

We and earth aint special. Get over it.

This we know not because we really don't know how big the universe really is. This is another problem the Big Bang has is this:

The Horizon Problem

We have already encountered the horizon problem in conjunction with the discussion of the cosmic microwave background: when we look at the microwave background radiation coming from widely separated parts of the sky, it can be shown that these regions are too separated to have been able to have ever communicated with each other even with signals travelling at light velocity. Thus, how did they know to have almost exactly the same temperature? This general problem is called the horizon problem, because the inability to have received a signal from some distant source because of the finite speed of light is termed a horizon in cosmology. Thus, in the standard big bang theory we must simply assume the required level of uniformity.

PS: Not my intellectual property

I don't think this site has any creationist bent per se but the inflation model kinda sounds like Russ Humphreys models in that there was the initial BB event then a period of rapid expansion

Perhaps for the same reason the animals, birds, trees and Adam was created mature on a young earth.

True for those who believe that.....I'm really leaning that way these days. I know that there are many mysteries but the truth is there in front of our faces it is just how man interprets the data

The difference is it fits the evidence. Any young earth creationist theory just doesn't add up. It doesn't matter what theory you come up with, either astronomers are completely wrong about how big stars and galaxies are, or the universe is billions of years old. There is no way to reconcile a large observable universe with a short timescale.
