This is what I want about ladders:
(1) That an extencive FAQ will be created about the matter so the Forms will not be overcrowded with questions, same ones again and again.
(2) A particular Forum for ladder matters will be created so there is a logical place where ladder maters can be discussed. When the interest start to diminish, then merge it with "Only Chess" Forum or some other place.

OK, challenger plays white. Like the Sieges, I think a draw should be considered a win for the challenger. I don't think a draw should mean no movement. A draw is not good enough for the higher-rated (positioned) player.
