Similar to RBHILL's e-mail, I received this one. It's along the same lines, but slightly more revealing...
SOMEBODY'S RAISING THEIR CHILD RIGHT!
One Nation, "Under GOD"
One day, a six-year-old girl was sitting in a classroom.
The teacher was explaining evolution to the children.
The teacher asked a little boy:
TEACHER:
Tommy, do you see the tree outside?
TOMMY:
Yes
TEACHER:
Tommy, do you see the grass outside?
TOMMY:
Yes.
TEACHER:
Go outside and look around and see if you can see someone who doesn't belong to your obscure, ridiculous and heretical sect.
TOMMY:
(Returns five minutes later) Yes, I found someone who has slightly less ludicrous beliefs than those I have been raised with.
TEACHER:
Tommy, that person is evil. Do you see?
TOMMY:
Yes, indeed I do.
TEACHER:
That's my point. They might have more self respect than you, and be clearly brighter, but they are pure evil. Understand?
LITTLE GIRL:
Tommy, do you see the tree outside?
TOMMY:
Yes.
LITTLE GIRL:
Tommy do you see the grass outside?
TOMMY:
Yessssss!
LITTLE GIRL:
Tommy, do you see the incredible hypocrisy in what you claim you believe in, and what you actually believe?
TOMMY:
(Banging his little empty head off his desk) No, no, no, I can't hear you, no, no, no...
LITTLE GIRL:
Tommy, you really are a stupid little $hit, aren't you?
TOMMY:
You have a point there.

Pass it on, and spread the love!

Obscure, ridiculous and heretical? That only depends on who/how many are part of it.
Take scientology for example. Have Tom Cruise in your ranks and suddenly it's no longer obscure and ridiculous.

[Although I must say scientology is a bit obscure to me, if not redicilous.]
Originally posted by HalitoseScientology is ridiculous no matter who is in your ranks. In fact, Mr. Cruise has done a wonderful job of bringing to the public's awareness just how ridiculous sceintology actually is. The more he talks, the more ridiculous he looks.

Thanks Hal, I didn't know this guy was a whack. Funny and sad.
Funny site, though. 🙂

I little over the top, but funny nonetheless.
Originally posted by HalitoseYou're not suggesting everyone was writing "Scientology" off before, but then Tom Cruise joined, and people began to think there might be something to it?
