If anything, I'm grateful for a forum where you won't insist on attacking me over something else you disagree with.

I've accused you and the rest of your tag team of this for as long as he's been gone. Nothing more needs to be said, unless you want to continue acting like you are blameless.

josephw once accused me personally, on the General Forum, of all but killing Grampy Bobby. The post was deleted shortly afterwards. Is that the accusation you are levelling too.

I made one post on page 7 where I mentioned GB and here you are, ten pages later, worried that I haven't dropped the other shoe? I stand by what I said in that post and that's all I have to say. Deny it all day long. It's not like I expected anything else from you.

Apparently, there are some in this thread who give you credit for things based on your say-so. I'm not one of them.

It was in fact the exact opposite of 'fair-weatherness' why I left your club and my unwillingness to be party to the character assassination of a person I consider a friend. You were completely happy to winnow through the personalities of all persons, including the person in question, until such time as that person was a member of your own club and suddenly a “friend”. At which point your partisan fair-weatherness kicked in.

PS your timely and political use of the phrase “character assassination” is noted, with much interest and amusement.

I’ve not seen you say anything specific, just your usual fantasy riddled tub-thumping nonsense about your detractors bringing this website to its knees by posting in a way you disapprove of.

You “attack” the posters in that forum of whom you disapprove of, on pretty much a daily basis. What is the difference you see between your attacks on them, and these attacks you talk of by FMF?

I think perhaps FMF and yourself have missed the point. It was not about 'heroics' and was not even about me saying afterward "Look FMF, I defended you in Debates." (He was 'literally' unaware that I had done so). It was the demonstration that he asked for that I stand by friends when they are not around to defend themselves. I do that on and off the forum and will continue to do so.

All this “heroics” stuff is a bit of a red herring though isn’t it, the issue here is actually how you choose your friends and why.

You have, for no reason other than a flimsy partisan loyalty, traded one long-term robustly developing intelligent friendship based on shared values, vibrant interests and a growing interpersonal knowledge for (what appears to me to be) a shallow online kiss-and-tell acquaintance with one of this websites crazy forum harpies.
