What is it with you and the Turin shroud; you really ought to let that one go, it's more fake than your chess rating.

The fact that the bible does not mention bacteria, perhaps the earth's most prevalent and widespread form of life, is a proof that the bible was written by men and not god. Men certainly did not know about bacteria until a few hundred years ago. Had men known of bacteria in biblical times, bacteria would have been mentioned considering their relationship with diseases which were mentioned.
.
Man may not have known but it was GOD that had written down in his Bible by men who as you say had no idea what germs and bacteria were.
You could start in Leviticus the 11-15 chapters for a start, if you really want to learn, and see what God told his people to do to keep clean.
And again remember, man did not know what would actually cause these problems and sicknesses and deaths that could resort if not kept clean.
There were also laws and instructions on how to set up and locate the latrine areas when the were in the wilderness for all those years.
So just maybe you might rethink what you think about God.
See, you learned something new today. Pretty cool huh?

At least we can rest easy knowing bacteria, apes, and baboons are just our cousins and not our ancestors. HalleluYah !!! We are created in the image of God after all. Praise the Lord!

this of course applies to the morons who try to use the bible to "prove" the flood or a 900 year old man.

seriously now, i get your point but it's a bit unproductive to discuss anything with galveston, rjhinds or the rest that isn't 100% bible approved
