Jesus is "religious fluff" ?

Or by dismissing Jesus as "religious fluff" you hope this will cause the matter of God to be diminished down into nothing for you?

Ghost, FMF and several other atheists have already made positive statements about the teachings of Christ so it is doubtful that anyone of them would refer to the teachings of Christ as 'religious fluff. The religious fluff is the Witness Lee rubbish you post.

Yes, the teachings of Jesus are beautiful and often profound. Religion itself though is fluff that for a great many obscures reality.

Or as Winnie the Pooh famously said, “If the person you are talking to doesn’t appear to be listening, be patient. It may simply be that he has a small piece of fluff in his ear.”

Between Rumi and Winnie the Pooh I guess you have all the reality you need.

I would say that you are on more solid ground than a man like sonship who repeatedly makes derogatory statements about the teachings of Christ, but hypocritically and mindlessly states 'I love you Jesus'. The man thinks Jesus is a fool.

I’ll take a place at the table between Rumi and Winnie the Pooh any day of the week.

Why do you come to this forum and spend so much time creating blogs and then getting all prickly because people challenge you or simply find what you’re blogging about to be either wrong or vacuous twaddle.

They provide ample wisdom between them. Take:

“Just because an animal is large, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t want kindness; however big Tigger seems to be, remember that he wants as much kindness as Roo.”

"Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion."
