Do you know of any shunned kids that eventually repented?

Just asking because all the rebellious kids I know that were shunned became atheists.

Unless you shun them for 'sin' that isn't sin, in my case I was shunned for not following the rules of the church, which aren't even in the Bible. According to them I was sinning by speaking to the girl before we were married.

Shunning can reveal something bad on either side. It is like any corrective action it can be abused. So working out of love for what is best, not as a means of punishment should be our guide.
