FMF, I think you ask an interesting but impossible to answer question. At least in quantifiable terms.

Here are some of my views on this:
- All people over a certain age (let's say retirement age for whatever country one is in, and assume there is "retirement"😉 should get all of the bills paid for them. Obviously this would be calibrated and means tested, but the bar would be high enough to include those who had income and ernings as well as the poverty strIcken

- Healthcare should be free for all. However if you are not a citizen of the country in question you would be excluded.

- No one should ever go hungry.

- Everyone in the country and in fact the "country" itself will provide these tenets. This will be achieved but ensuring the ecconomy is bullet proof sound and that there is a culture of contribution from an early age.

- I of course would be King.
