Neither does it say Cathoilic, Baptist, etc. So what's your point?
My subliminal point is that your organisation does believe that a person must be a member on it's list as a requisite to being saved. And so do you Galveston, although getting you to admit it is like puling teeth because you have been coached not to explicitly say so.

So.......then if not a JW ? Does that mean only a JW's beliefs line up with the bible?
Manny
One example and it's an easy one, the Bible by the words of Jesus himself says his followers are to be no part of the world. We are to pay our taxes and obey the basic laws of this country.
So you have ones that in a second would fight for his country no matter who the other country is, and would kill for his country. We all know RJH would do that and in fact condemns those who wouldn't. And most so called religions here in this country do indeed back up their country and will send their young men and women off to kill or be killed.
So you know our stand on this and I beleive you showed some respect for that.
But yet we will not under any circumstances kill for this or any other country.
So on just this one point would you, Manny, agree that we have it right or does RJH with his and others decisions on killing for their country?
One cannot do it both ways, either you obey God's laws or you don't.
So how do you feel about this one simple belief? Are we wrong?

As Suzianne once put it, every time you make an OP, we are all just waiting for the other (JW) shoe to drop.

I think war and killing and defending oneself should be the last last resort and specially for the Christian. My views on that are changing a bit I'm not the war monger you and R.C. may have painted me to be. I do feel God comes before country even. However Jesus said give to Cesar(Government) what is Cesar's and to God what is God's. However what the bible says on many things should be ALL things if you are truly confident in the WTS and being a Jehovah's Witness. I just don't buy or believe that the Jehovah's are Gods one and only people on this earth. Paul the Apostle was not of this world (after His Conversion) He was born again or literally born from above. Yet He was not afraid to live in this world big difference. Not to be afraid of the world as Christians are to be in the world as ambassadors to the world.
