@kellyjay saidOf course I did. But now you are being furtive and dodging for some reason and that always piques my curiosity.
Did you read what I wrote?
So I’ll ask you again; was your comment (referenced above) about people not being questioned, just a rhetorical point or did you have a specific in mind?
@divegeester saidUnequivocally, repeatedly, unabashedly, rhetorical, are you satisfied?
Ok I apologise if I’ve missed something.
However could you kindly confirm unequivocally…

@kellyjay saidNow you’ve finally admitted that this post by you is rhetorical, I’m not sure how to reply.
If we cannot be questioned on any topic, we have our heads up a body part that should be anatomically impossible to do. Every truth presented should be able to stand up to all the scrutiny thrown at it. This word gets thrown around here as if the one using it is insulting the one they are talking to in a discussion. If it is a discussion, why is the word dogma being used? If ...[text shortened]... cannot have a truth that we believe in, then why question anything, nothing will ever come from it?
So are you referring to religious dogma? Christian, religious dogma?
@divegeester saidDon't reply; reply; I'm not going to needle you if you express your opinion on clarification.

@kellyjay saidYou just seem prickly and evasive to me.

What is it you are trying to get at with this thread?
It seems like you have a specific point to make but are either too dishonest to make it or lack the ability to make it with any coherence.
@divegeester saidI cannot help what 'seems' like to you.

@divegeester saidI'm sure you are more than capable of so much in your mind that we would all be amazed.
I’m quite capable of recognising when your feathers are all ruffled and you get prickly. How odd that you think I’m asking for your help.
@divegeester saidYou are your yardstick with which you measure and judge everything. Your problem is, the judge is standing at the door, and we all answer to Him, not you.
I’m capable in my mind of deciding what’s morally right, what’s logically comprehensible, and by ignoring “dogma” I’m able to determine what is scripturally sound and what isn’t.
