LOL, i like his approach, homosexuality is illogical, thats interesting. But its a pity that anyone who takes a stance against something that is unnatural should be suspended, but its a reflection of the times we live in. Don't dare draw attention to the highest ever AIDS figures among homosexual men since records began, they cannot handle reality.

Did you also like what he said about Jim Crow Era racist oppression?
EDIT: corrected typo

I was asking whether you read his OTHER comments he made in the same interview.
The comments that were painfully racist.
And asking if you also like those comments.
Try getting your head on strait and reading what I actually write and not whatever
it is that is going on in your own distorted fantasy world.
Here is what he said...

But Robertson wasn’t done. Here he reminisces about his Louisiana childhood in the Jim Crow South.
“I never, with my eyes, saw the mistreatment of any black person. Not once. Where we lived was all farmers. The blacks worked for the farmers. I hoed cotton with them. I’m with the blacks, because we’re white trash. We’re going across the field.... They’re singing and happy. I never heard one of them, one black person, say, ‘I tell you what: These doggone white people’—not a word!... Pre-entitlement, pre-welfare, you say: Were they happy? They were godly; they were happy; no one was singing the blues.”

I don't give a rats ass if it's a choice or not.
People are, and should be, free to make it without small minded bigots such as
yourself from discriminating against them and insulting them at every turn.
Your behaviour on this subject is both pathetic and contemptible.
However if you think it's so easy to choose your sexual orientation then by all means
prove it by changing yours.
If not, shut up.

Originally posted by googlefudgeNot read the article, but based on this piece you've quoted, isn't he saying the blacks (poor term) were happy, despite their lot and that he worked with them because it was low paid menial labour and he came from a poor background?

We have no idea whether he was suspended for his homophobic comments,
his racist comments, or both.
So you discern wrong. as ever.

My behaviour, ouch, because i thought that saying homosexuality is illogical was rather original, at least to my mind, gee i didn't know you blushed so readily. I mock your assertions of contempt and I laugh in your face, bwahahahahahah!
fact, predisposition is not the same as causation as you have erroneously and rather ignorantly assumed and no, you should shut up, you don't know anything.

This country is supposed to be one that anyone can practise this "freedom of speach" with their own views of life but when they do it, they are penalized.
No fine.
No jail sentence.
No arrest.
His speech was totally free.
But as with all things in life there are consequences and his employers
were free to exercise their rights. (btw: Don't think the tv executives
are all gay loving liberals ... they are just protecting their viewing figures ...
it's public opinion that rules here!)

Originally posted by galveston75He was not actually fired. At this moment it is only a leave of absence from the show until the gay rights groups stop their hate speech. Some shows have already been filmed, so I doubt they will discard those shows. I don't believe the people at A&E are that stupid.
Just wonder about the views here of this reality TV show in the US for firing this guy for speaking his views on these subjects?
