So go on being fascinated by this juxtaposition but the simultaneous presence of sinfulness and saving grace within the church is something most Catholics are used to.
Being gay doesn't lie on any spectrum of sinfulness, as I said earlier. And, as I said earlier, no-one is shunned from celebrations. If you're asking whether it should be, I would say no.
