According to THE definition of "lie", it is only a "lie" if Romans1009 is making these untruthful claims about Ghost of a Duke deliberately. Otherwise, he is just mistaken.

How would I know whether or not he is mistaken? If he were mistaken he would be lying but obviously we don't know. As I said before I find it interesting that you won't answer and we all know why you won't.
