The bottom line in this thread is that God is able to both do what He said and to save to the uttermost through Jesus Christ.

It is harder to argue that His word did not speak of the need.
I have seen the arguments and its like (1 down (barely), 100 to go).

What is critical in the Bible - God sees to it tht it is repeated in many ways in many places.

The judgment of God, the last judgment or any other "is according to truth"

No, the bottom line is that your version of Jesus CHOOSES to be a torturing sadist.

I’m just going by your literal interpretation of it all sonship.

"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away." (Matt. 24:35)

Which words in your New Testament of Jesus will pass away?
Which words will fail, be inconsequential, and turn out to mean nothing?
