So contemporarily speaking heaven is now reserved for believers in Christ and in what he did for all of us.
But all he did for us (over half of the worlds population does not believe in Jesus), was make absolutely sure that we cannot get in, whereas before we at least had a chance of getting in by Gods discretion.

Abomination refers to being ritually unclean. Since I'm sure you don't keep kosher, then being
