but that still doesn't account for the disproportionate amount of chess world champions
who were Jewish, many chess players are very studious.
Its similar to how students of Asian descent in the US do better academically (and in certain subjects like music) than their counterparts. I suspect that if Chess was big in Asia, they would dominate the sport. However they have their own board games (Chinese chess, go etc.)

BTW, haven't been able to see the "Marley" documentary yet, but my wfie surprised me with the soundtrack. There's a lovely "dub" (instrumental only) version of "Exodus" on it, and some other live versions of songs for which I had only heard the studio versions (I do have the DVD of the Live at the Rainbow performance, and the soundtrack has that version of "No Woman No Cry" ). Thought of you when I was listening and boogieing along...

was suffering some traumatic dreams fairly recently got great solace and comfort after
listening to three little birds, 🙂

ahh the now obligatory ad hominem, try making reference to the content rather than the man.
If you have evidence that your god exists then present it or admit that it is derived from the sources mentioned in my post.

reference to the videos content, something you have so far failed to do, oh well, I
guess its the standard we have come to expect.

Personally, I have a combination of views:
1. I am a strong atheist with regard to theistic concepts that are incoherent or lead to logical contradictions.
2. I am a weak atheist otherwise.
3. I am a nondualist, and historically nondualists (e.g., the Stoics) have used the word theos in alternative ways going back millennia (also, say, the ...[text shortened]... ally find on here) do not necessarily have intellectual primacy—they are just more conventional.
My issue with theists is that they claim that god exists and they are privvy to what he/she wants us to do/not do.
As for the dualism issue I am in two minds.
