Yeah conveniently so, the atheist can sit back and insist that all other world views need to make a case to support their views, whereas they don't.

Originally posted by @dj2beckerWell then, it seems you did not understand that case I made ~ or perhaps anything I said about morality, and about moral codes contradicting each other ~ if this infantile caricature of it is a genuine attempt by you to paraphrase it. Are you being genuine?
You mean the case you made where you can't even tell me which society has the correct morals when they contradict each other? Ok.

Santa Clause, tooth fairy, leprechauns. Nessie, et, demons. You know? Doesn't the rational side of your own brain give you pause.

We like to kill stuff and eat them. Must the universe conform?

Originally posted by @apathistI never said that. In fact I hereby state that proof of God is impossible until it is too late to take him up on the offer he's given us since the resurrection. When he comes back and proves to all that he is the risen Christ, he'll be coming back as the Messiah the Jews have been waiting for, the God-Warrior who will set them free of Satan for eternity. He's not going to be coming for a picnic on the hill with unicorns and rainbows. You won't be able to do much with the proof when you finally do get it. We are justified by faith, not by proof.
Holy cow, girl. I miss a lot. So you can demonstrate that God exists.
I bet not. Prove me wrong, all right?
I only said that I know God exists. He is manifest in my life. I didn't say that I can make YOU know he exists. I'm sorry that you cannot make the leap of faith to let him show you the way to a better life.
Accepting him or not is your decision, not mine.

No disrespect intended, but surely you can see the disparity between 'rational' and 'impossible?' - Surely a rational approach would be to believe nothing until it is proven?

If your particular antenna is damaged to the point of not being able to receive that frequency (i.e. not believing it), then that is on you, as well.
