Mark of the beast

Well..........instead of all of the speculation let's see what the bible says about it.

Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.

I was not trying to ID the beast so much as to get clarification on the "Mark of the beast"

Revelation 13 the First beast was slain and then the Dragon (Satan) raises the slain beast from death....... counterfeit of God but most of the world will fall for it
