Its a logical argument. How can you hold someone responsible for an action to which they are already predisposed.

why not, only sixty years ago homosexuality was a criminal offence, now its all the rage. If it is a sexual orientation as these materialists are trying to make out (see the report to the Canadian government) then its unlikely that you can convict someone for a predisposition over which they have little or no control, is it. This is where materialism has brought us to, i hope you are happy!
'then its unlikely that you can convict someone for a predisposition over which they have little or no control,'

people are arrested and sent to prisons and secure units every day that have predispositions over which they have little or no control.

You're making no sense as per usual. Whenever you bring materialism into the discussion you get all frothy at the mouth and start ribbiting utter garbage.

Do people who kill someone as a result of their psychopathic tendencies, which they have little or no control over, not get convicted? Was Levi Bellfield convicted? What about Peter Tobin?
psychopathic tendencies, LOL, so they were predisposed towards psychopathy? I refute the claim, everyone has recourse to the faculty of conscience.

Its a proposition. why must you reduce everything to a tabloid level of personality, does it matter who made the proposition, surely you would do better to consider the implications of the proposition rather than who made it.

Well then you've just refuted your own argument that people can be convicted of something if they are predisposed to a certain behaviour.

how have i refuted my own argument, I am not the one who is arguing that it should be decriminalised, i merely think that it will be decriminalised on some materialistic pretext.

If you seriously think that paedophilia will be decriminalised then you are more detached from reality then I already think you are. Which, but the way, is extremely detached.

its a mental illness. most pedophiles have very complex issues regarding sexual orientation. it very rarely a simple case of only being attracted to children.
