No, I didn't, I was speaking to another form of government being better, by addressing the point that if we changed what type of government over us, that would not change the fact that people are still going to be in charge. Our government is supposed to have checks and balances in it, and they are eroding, and now we get what we got, one run by parties for the parties, not ...[text shortened]... ed for some and not others, at some point there will be a revote and possibly not just at the poles.

@suzianne saidI care more about personal responsibility than government responsibility, and it is what we do to each other, not what our government does that we have a direct hand in. For example, do you hate people you don't know due to political reasons without even knowing them, do you judge them as somehow less than? You find that justified in scripture? Many of the people I know who actually run and volunteer at kitchens and other ways of helping people do it out of a sense of caring and wanting to help. If you want to measure how much people care by looking at their support for government, I think you are looking in the wrong place.
