I copy-paste from PDFs almost every day of my working life.

Besides, the 1992 treaty is available all over the place.

Quote the words that you base your assertions on.

Nothing wrong with being absent and not posting. Skulking is when one comes back and pretends not to have said that the points would be addressed on one's return. You just too often blank out the content of answers you've asked for and then run away.

It appears that both FMF and divegeester are here 24/7/365. Except when they're sleeping. The rest of us have more important things to do than just squabbling all day long.
