@kellyjay saidI think your intermittent "restraint" is probably more likely caused by your intermittent realization of how much of a pompous oaf you sound when you are indignant or shown up.
You get me restrained, so it does work, what I end up saying more times than not
are water-down versions of what I would say if I were to speak freely, and many
times I do not even go close to the things I could say. My tone and verbiage would
be riddled with personal name-calling attacking the person, not the things that are
done and said, bringing up historical faults ...[text shortened]... ndemn yourself for your lack of restraint as well. Am I always good at this, I'd
say no, obviously.

@kellyjay saidYour anger is no longer hidden when you start capitalizing the word atheist.

This is not meant to be a "pervy" issue.
When Adam and Eve hid from God, it wasn't because they were ashamed of their disobedience, it was because they realized that they were naked. That always puzzled me, because right from the beginning, nakedness was something to be ashamed of.

@divegeester saidTruth can be very unpleasant, if you think it should not be, your not living in the real world, but an illusion of your own making.
And yet you still say some of the most unpleasant things one Christian could say to another.
Sorry, I’m not impressed with your sanctimony KellyJay.
@chaney3 saidFrom the beginning being naked was natural without shame, when sin entered into the our world, because of our awareness of ourselves we became aware to the degree we didn’t want anyone seeing us that way. Before that we were oblivious because there was nothing to be ashamed of or hidden, we just were. After sin entered, we had an image we guard, we just can’t be.

@chaney3 saidIf you have religious faith that genuinely makes you feel evil and ashamed about sex and sexual desires, why don't you just live with it?
This is a very uncomfortable topic to discuss, but the truth is this:
How does a person desire sex and maintain their faith?
Sex can be the primary reason one feels shame for what they have done, or for the desires they have. Especially when society disagrees with them.
Example: does one desires sex with a 16 year old girl?
How old was Mother Mary?

@kellyjay saidAhh I see; your claims about Jesus “restraining” your natural tendency for spite when under pressure about your beliefs is only applicable when you aren’t in the process of firing off hateful “truth” barbs against your detractors on an Internet forum board.
Truth can be very unpleasant, if you think it should not be, your not living in the real world, but an illusion of your own making.
Got it.

@kellyjay saidWait. Are you a Roman Catholic?
