Matthew 9:2 And they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. Seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralytic, “Take courage, son; your sins are forgiven.”

So only the bedridden and crucified need to have faith? You are making a lot of sense. As usual.
You have continually referenced the thief on the cross and the man paralysed man as examples of good faith, and ignored the rest of the teachings of Christ.

Think about this for a moment. Was the thief on the cross saved by his good works? Yes or No?
You need to understand that there are many ways into the Kingdom of God. Not everyone is a thief on the cross or a paralysed man.
Christ will judge all people and he says it is going to be on the basis of who does good works and who practices mouth worship.
The group in the worse position are those Christians who profess their faith only and fail in their works.

Clearly not.
