Firstly, I don’t believe sentient beings exist on other planets, though it’s interesting that every atheist I’ve come across does.
Sonship believes (I’m pretty sure this is verbatim):
“the lost will be hung in chains of punishment as a warning to those on other worlds”
Needless to say, this has been a point of much discussion over the last 2 - 3 years.
Originally posted by @divegeesterThis isn’t related to what you posted, but just to elaborate, one reason I think it’s interesting atheists I’ve talked with believe extraterrestrials exist is it makes life on earth much less of a miracle and more of an evolutionary process. Another reason it’s interesting is they believe something with next to no evidence that it’s true but deny the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, which has much more evidence.

Secondly, I don’t think we would be able to exhibit the ability to violate the laws of physics and wink in and out of the sky to sentient beings who exist in a terrestrial realm (and not a spiritual realm.)
Also, if aliens are able to travel immense distances to visit us (something we can't currently do) then obviously they have technology beyond our understanding. (So perhaps they only violate physics as we understand it in our less advanced state).

Sorry if this doesn't fit in with your convenient generalization.

You sick parent and your alleged employer must wonder when you are going to actually turn up.
