Thank you. For years now it's been my fervent hope and prayer that a maximum number of unbelievers on this site will reconsider their decisions before it's too late. 'Today is the day of salvation' since none of us is guaranteed tomorrow.

One wonders, then, why you employ all your alienating little passive aggressive tricks and mostly flee from genuine engagement and any scrutiny that might threaten your carefully cultivated holier-than-everybody persona.

Yes, I get the fact that you see yourself as some kind of self-anointed high priest, but your apparent insincerity has also been mentioned time and time again on the General Forum where people know your ways well.

Christians like you and RJHinds do not serve your religion very well, in my view. He may be a poisonous oaf, but I don't think you are. So when you are busy deflecting and evading and ignoring inconvenient questions and spamming threads with copy pastes and constantly attributing dissent to the supposed intellectual and emotional inferiority of the dissenters in question, you should ask yourself:

Will a maximum number of unbelievers on this site witness and experience this behaviour of yours and then consider wanting to emulate your spiritual mind map?

I offer this advice in good faith as a fellow regular participant in this community's comings and goings. 🙂

"language" is a vehicle for the expression of thought; relevant issue in context is sustaining an objective focus, not self justified retaliation... at least for those who are not still living out their days in the dark spiritually dead by choice.[/b]
I see, so what you are saying is that it's ok for you to use a certain word but not me? When you use it you are "conveying thought", when I use it I am "retaliating". Or are you suggesting that when you speak I should simply listen, bow, and shuffle backward in revered awe?

I think his barb about people "living out their days in the dark spiritually dead by choice" may or may not be aimed directly at you, but either way, I do think him saying it is intended to make himself feel superior to you.

He says he's trying to reach a maximum number of unbelievers on this site before it's too late.

Simply saying that there's no need for a 'Christian of 25 years' to react negatively toward other brothers and sisters in Christ. Stay relaxed in the knowledge of your own eternal security and leave the judgment of their sins in God's hands.

Why are you always browbeating divegeester for being forthright and yet never issue any of your pompous reprimands to fist swinging Christians who "react negatively toward other brothers and sisters in Christ" regularly, like lemon lime, Suzianne, RJHinds, galveston75, and robbie carrobie? You act as if you are afraid of getting on the wrong side of them even if your glaring inconsistency/hypocrisy costs you so dearly in terms of your own credibility.

You're such a hypocrite in this area GB. You pretty much start a thread per week somewhere in these boards highlighting posting traits you don't approve of and brandishing these passive aggressive jabs at the likes of myself and others who you see as not living up to your established brand of religious behaviour. Of course I don't deny you he right to do this, in fact it is part of what makes this forum unique here.

It's always been all about "traits" which the Word of God disapproves of in believers in Christ [including in you and me].

Note: wolfgang, these passages of scripture on rectangular stickers were individually placed on the inside of the back cover of a 4 in. x 6 in, 46 page maroon colored notebook that my dear mother mailed to me during my near death hospitalization in Room #105 at .... around February 2011. Her own departure from this life would occur in December, 2011, at the age of ninety two. That dog eared back cover has been beside this laptop as I’ve typed this reply to you. The only emotions I ever experienced during those sixteen months were of appreciation for my parents who told me of Christ at an early age.

You don't experience emotion?

That's a really weird thing to say.

Why is everything an inch deep and a mile wide with you? Why can't you simply respond to what is being discussed instead of sabotaging the post? You're like a rabbit trail terrorist. You're always sure to appear with your ignominious remarks.

I think what I do is ask questions that are on target and which people don't like to be asked, even if "You don't experience emotion?" is not, on this occasion, the most incisive of them. I find the way you behave (for example) when a point made or a question asked goes straight to the heart of an inconsistency or evasion in what you have said ~ where, in your 'reply', you use words like "terrorist", "ignominious", "sabotage", "dishonest", "hell bent" and so on and so forth ~ to be very revealing. I find the inability of several of the regular posters here - you prominent among them - to process and cope with dissent, scrutiny and critical analysis to be very interesting indeed. 😉
