@rajk999 saidYou would do well to follow your own advice.
Why dont you go clean up your life and ask God to help you. You certainly need help.
I am miles further down that road than you, my friend.
But why bother to do, when you can more easily just say, right?
@vivify saidI now understand. In your society you perverts do not know, neither respect, the institution of marriage. The bible says these people were "WIVES", and you can only see "SEX & RAPE". You were clearly brought up in a broken home without father, and your mother running around with everybody on the block, and your uncles supervising you at home. What a sad life. I bet they were Christians too attending church every Sunday. So I get it. You must hate God and the bible for you to be soo blind that you cannot see these were married people. The people you should hate are your parents, not God or the bible.
Sarah commanded her Egyptian slave girl to have sex with her husband. God was clearly aware of this and even sent an angel to the slave girl, Hagar. Therefore, God was okay with commanding slaves to have to sex.
Simple logic.
@rajk999 saidThis is a forced marriage. A slave given into marriage has no choice. Therefore, a slave is also forced into having sex.

This can't be made any simpler for you.
@rajk999 saidDo you seriously think Jesus approves this message?

"Now Sarai, Abram's wife, bore him no children; and she had an Egyptian female servant, whose name was Hagar.
And Sarai said to Abram, Because Jehovah has prevented me from bearing, please go into my female servant; perhaps I will have children through her. And Abram listened to the voice of Sarai." (Gen. 16:1-3)
A couple of questions for you:
1.) Does every suggestion someone in makes for another person to do, and it happens, represent God's perfect will?
2.) Why does it say Abram listened to his wife rather than and Abram listened to God and obeyed God?
3.) After the birth of the child it appears that God did not SPEAK to Abraham again for thirteen years. Chapter 17 records FINALLY when Abraham is ninety-nine years old God appears again and speaks to Abraham. And Abraham falls on his face in relief.
4.) God sending the Angel to Hagar was to make sure she was having sex? Was that the purpose the Angel of Jehovah came to her?
Does the long silent period towards Abram suggest God was HAPPY with what Abraham did or more likely displeased and disciplining the patriarch with a long silence?
" And Abram was eighty-six years old when Hagar bore Ishmael to Abram. And when Abram was ninety-nine years old, Jehovah appeared to Abram and said to him, I am the All-sufficient God; Walk before Me, and be perfect. . . .
And Abram fell on his face, AND GOD TALKED WITH HIM . . . " (See Gen 16:16-17:1,2)
I see God more rebuking Abram for his imperfection.
He rebuked Abram and Sarai with a silence for 13 years.
I don't see God inquiring whether Abram had a good time having sex with Hagar.
I think your opinion about God's priorities in that episode are badly skewed.
@rajk999 saidI see that you can count the life lessons you've learned on one hand.
I sense another life story about your sordid past is coming up.
Did you not learn your lesson the last couple times.
Here it is Nobody is interested
You will never know me. So how can you judge me?
You, the one who has frivolously claimed in the past that he doesn't judge people? This is a flat-out lie, you judge people all of the time. You've judged two people in this thread alone, and you don't know anything about either of us, and you've even used the wrong pronoun for one of us twice now. Apparently, it's also okay for you to be a racist, too.

@suzianne saidYou said that you were a lesbian, as if anyone cares. I dont care to know you, but what I do know is that you poke your stinking nose in discussions without contributing anything of substance. You just come around to insult and riddle people you dont like. So for have you contributed anything to the topic? NO. Then WTF are you doing in here if not to make trouble.
