The person who made "the charge" against divegeester can't be divegeester. That's silly.

whether he made it up or not i cannot say, he seems to think that he has been charged with being an enemy of God otherwise his question makes no sense. Its silly to think of asking it if it hasn't been levelled against him or was he simply asking it for no reason.
