And social Darwinism has as I said little to do with Darwin other than the name and is not

perhaps you would like to point out how it has no relevance and why my assertion were
untrue, you see, simply because you make an assertion and given your propensity for
making unsubstantiated ones at that, doesn't mean its true, or valid, infact, its simply a
reflection of the usual materialist in his room full of mirrors, pontificating self certified

Well guys, I guess my curmudgeon days are over, won't be able to be here much, hurt knee bad, can't walk, will need operation to restore. Only have medicare, may even lose job. Situation goes from great to really really bad in one second. Nice talking to you all. Goodbye for now. Twisted knee trying to change light bulb, something broke in the back of my knee, can't even put on shoes without help right now.

I was on opiate based pills when i injured my back in the gym only a few days ago, i
took 100 milligrams and it wasted me for three days. Its a great pity that this has
happened to you, life is like that.

Actually it was okay if they died so long as it wasn't within a day or two.

Well it seems my demise was overstated. I was definitely in bad shape, could literally not walk unless my leg was totally straight. Went to ER, they prodded and poked, which, surprisingly, did not hurt, only hurt when they bent my leg below knee, put me on a brace, a nice cloth and velcro affair with a couple of metal sticks in place to limit knee movement, and I could immediately walk a LOT better.

I actually had to drive, I couldn't get into the passenger side of the car, but left leg was hurt so tried to drive, that actually worked, we drove to a great new Chinese buffet here in Allentown and had a great dinner, went home, I hit the sack and by 9 PM I was up, went to the bathroom, brushed teeth and so forth, and my knee was already 80% better. Totally surprised I came back so fast.

I thought my life was over, crippled, lose job, house, car and so forth. It was a really traumatic event, where my knee made this huge popping sound and I was immediately unable to walk but the ER doc ( a really nice guy BTW) said it was either a tear in cartilage or a tear in a tendon but it didn't hurt to be examined. So a bit of to do about nothing perhaps. It's still hard to believe 6 hours later I can almost walk normally. Dodged a BIG bullet there for sure.

It's amazing how something like that can give you a reality check, one second you are fine, one second later you are crippled. Makes you appreciate life for what it is.

I also know there was no god involved. Just an injury that wasn't as bad as it first appeared.
