[b]It does not take long for wood to be petrified. Wikipedia says, in general,
it takes less than 100 years for wood to petrify. No one, but God, can
say for sure why the forest was petrified, but my guess is that it may of
had something to do with the flood of Noah's day.

It depends on the method. I should have mentioned that.
If the dating method measures the age of the chemical reaction, then it would date the age of fossilization: (minerals replacing wood is a chemical reaction).
If the dating method measures the age of certain radioactive atoms, then it could be more complicated.
The dating method almost certainly was neither of the above. It was probably based on the age of the surrounding rock.

why do you persist? at what point did any fundamentalist on this forum gave you the illusion they might be persuaded?
do you enjoy posting common knowledge (common to sane people) ? this is similar to bragging to a 10 year old you know some calculus
He doesn't really know what the truth is because he had been told lies
for so long he had became to believe them. Now, he is beginning to hear
the truth and he is having trouble coming to grips with it.

There are a lot of articles on that site that need/want additional citations for
verification. You have a challenge or did you find some piece of information or
claim you feel is wrong or in error?

I've only been on the site since december but I should have known better than to look.

I agree it would be better had there been more sources.
