@divegeester saidApparently you did some reading yourself and liked my reference?
Try reading Habakkuk.
Or is this just you "taking the piss" as you often do at my expense?
I would actually like to know which this is, as you can be hard to read.

@suzianne saidI was talking to KellyJay, but if you need me to take the piss out of you then I’ll see what I can do.

@divegeester saidLOL, like I said the guy who dismisses scripture as validation for truth is going to complain about someone not backing up what they say scripturally is funny. You realize how hypocrisy is defined correct?
I am just pointing out your hypocrisy KellyJay, if that upsets you then so be it.

@kellyjay saidIf people disagreeing with your rote learned beliefs and concrete mindset upsets you, then perhaps the internet is not the place for you.

@divegeester saidI am basing my views on something outside of myself, and you are just making them as you go. You can change with the wind; nothing is solid and firm about anything you bring to the discussion; there is no fact-checking your opinion; it is your opinion. If you can show me where I'm wrong in scripture or even reality that has nothing to do with my opinion, I have to stand corrected, not so much you, since your standard of right and wrong is what you think, not what is.

@kellyjay saidThis is just another strawman attack KellyJay.

@divegeester saidI am sure you THINK that, since it doesn’t fit the way you look at things.
This is just another strawman attack KellyJay.

@kellyjay saidYour post is demonstrably a stawman attack. Do you know what a strawman argument is?
I am sure you THINK that, since it doesn’t fit the way you look at things.
It’s when you create a flimsy mock up of the person or their position and attack that instead of their actual argument.
That’s what you did. It’s called a “stawman” and you do it frequently. Look it up.
@divegeester saidYou have admitted you reject scripture; you have admitted you see no evidence for God in the universe, so how is pointing that out to you a strawman attack? Back up your beliefs with something more than, I believe this! If you cannot, that is reality! Now, I'd like to be shown I'm wrong about that; if you have given reasons to believe in both scripture and God, I may have missed it; I hope I have missed it; show me I'm wrong. Otherwise, all you got going for yourself is yourself.

I don’t admit that there is no evidence for god in the universe
I do back up my beliefs with theological and moral rationale and scripture from a strategic perspective
Your post is another stawman KellyJay
You seek to preach, but you don’t seek, you’ve stopped seeking.
The Revelation of Jesus Christ might just be more than your own personal pin-holed perspective.
Ever considered that?
@divegeester saidGo ahead, ignore my questions. Typical.
I was talking to KellyJay, but if you need me to take the piss out of you then I’ll see what I can do.
But don't hypocritically cry about people evading questions.
