this year seems closer, but last 6 have been chelsea or man u. man u this year before fergie hands over to mourinio. man city will eventually buy the title in a few years time.
Arsenal this year. Mourinho will hopefully never come to Man Utd. and with the financial fair play rules, the days of buying a title seems a lot harder --> Man City will probably only win one BPL (next year).

The PL is pretty good this year, every game is an unknown. Sure, it's because the top teams aren't consistent but, personally, I'm glad they aren't.

yes admit scottish league is a 2 horse race, just like the english spanish...... or most of the top leagues in europe. no other teams can compete against the money or currupt officials. as for the CHAMPIONS league finish FOURTH in your country and enter a tounament for CHAMPIONS.
I think the UEFA Cup should be for all the second, third and fourth
places, and keep the Champions League, well, for champions.
Originally posted by Seitseyou should run uefa, totally agree with you, but money talks thats why england spain italy always have a advantage in the "champions" league. who do you follow?

like Totti is completely gone. Modern football sucks.
I follow Guadalajara (Mexico), Bayern Munich, Atlético de
Madrid, and good ol' Arsenal. And you? Roma, I presume 🙂
Originally posted by Seitsenot roma, just my initials, follow st johnstone currently 10th in spl 2 horse race league. got a quarter final on sat against brechin, if we cant win that we should give up. most teams in scotland have no money the standard is poor but has a real feel to it, some players are playing for the game not their bank balance and ad deals. always look out for blackpools results team of triers.

France have a long history of producing attacking quality, but the best French players leave for Arsenal anyway. 😉 Which team in France do you prefer? In the early 90s I followed Paris SG a bit, but I lost touch with every league but the Danish and British ones.
The BPL is very interesting this year. I'm really looking forward the next couple of rounds and the big game on Emirates vs Man Utd.
Originally posted by LundosWe got hammered (Bayern Munich) recently from Dortmund, they were pretty awesome. I love to watch Arsenal and Tottenham, they are my favourites in EPL, game against Wolves was just awesome game (Rednapp is a truly great manager.) Used to be a Celtic fan when we were amazing, but Celtic are infamous for never spending any money. Now i follow Bayern Munich as they are somewhat deviod of cynicism, although Klose can sometimes be a little petulant, really hope Liverpool do well next season also. Love Blackpool and Holloway also, wish them every success!

Originally posted by jimslyp69No way, not a great Man Utd fan. I have read Fergies biography which was interesting, from his first tentative steps with East Stirling (when he took over they only had ten players) to his sacking at St Mirren through to his success with Aberdeen and Man Utd. I have actually been in Old Trafford, but it was to watch Celtic. Nah i like Spurs better, they play real open attacking football, very entertaining to watch. I really could do without watching Rooney elbow people and get away with it. Bayern Munich will take them out like they did last year! Its just hard to get emotionally involved with United, i dunno, they are like characterless!

Originally posted by Shallow Blueoch yer bum, as setsie says they are financially in great shape (can the same be said of Utd?), they are great to watch, Robben on the right, Ribéry on the left, Schweinsteiger through the middle, Klose and Olic up front, awesome team! Pure legends!
*Boggle*
Yeah, that's why every other German club hates them.
Bayern are the United of Germany, only without the sunny disposition of the trainer and the sanity of the directors.
