No, but if you could create a synthetic steriods or HGH type hormones with new chemical composition so as it is not what they test for it would be cheating. This isn't that far fetched; in essesence it is what BALCO was trying to do.
Go read what you wrote.
As for steroids that are illegal, the criminals will always be one step ahead... it will be illegal once they are able to test, but they will already be working on the next batch by then.

Synthetic drugs are more difficult to detect. It might be one of the reasons why high schoolers and minor leaguers with less money are more likely to use performance enhacing drugs that are easier to detect than Bonds who can pay for people to modify chemical compounds but get the same/ similar/ better results.
Originally posted by jofazWill people please quit using Bonds as an example. How about using McGuire for a while. If yu had just seen those innocent eyes of Bonds when he was a child I'm telling you...McGuire never did look innocent. Pick on him for a while. I know it's a black thing isn't it. 😞

The Boston Globe had a piece providing some evidence of some of the rules regarding videotaping of signals. Non of which proves the rule was in place prior to 9/6/2006. (Good thing we did not win the superbowl last year!)
http://www.boston.com/sports/football/patriots/reiss_pieces/2007/12/videotaping_rul.html
It reads:
Here are some of the league's rules regarding videotaping procedures:
In the NFL's operations manual, it states that "no video recording devices of any kind are permitted to be in use in the coaches' booth, on the field, or in the locker room during the game." Furthermore, all video shooting locations for coaching purposes "must be enclosed on all sides with a roof overhead."
In a memo to NFL head coaches and general managers on Sept. 6, 2006, NFL executive vice president of football operations Ray Anderson wrote: "Videotaping of any type, including but not limited to taping of an opponent's offensive or defensive signals, is prohibited on the sidelines, in the coaches' booth, in the locker room, or at any other locations accessible to club staff members during the game."
In the league's Constitution & Bylaws, it reads: "Any use by any club at any time, from the start to the finish of any game in which such club is a participant, of any communications or information-gathering equipment, other than Polaroid-type cameras or field telephones, shall be prohibited, including without limitation videotape machines, telephone tapping, or bugging devices, or any other form of electronic devices that might aid a team during the playing of a game."
Bonds is the primary example of cheating. It has nothing to do with his race. It has to do with (1) his buddy staying in jail for contempt -- because obviously speaking the truth would hurt Bonds (2) testimony by ex-girl friends and players Sheffield (direct evidence of steriod use) (3) his head size and general physique changed (4) his power numbers doubled to a point that no human being ever reached when based on age his numbers should be going down (5) the game of shadows has detailed accounts of all his use (6) he is connected with BALCO an independent lab that created these things. None of these are race related. McGuire cheated also. That is no way exonerates Bonds.

Yeah I shake my head in disbelief when Raiders fans complain about the tuck rule in the 2000-2001 playoffs when in 1976-77 playoffs the Patriots got completely burned by the official Ben Dreith on the most bogus roughing the passer call of all time that sent the Raiders to the Superbowl.
