Well, Arsenal did give us a footballing lesson but you're only showing your ignorance by interpreting too much from our terrible form. We recently lost 3-0 to Sporting when a month ago we beat them 5-1. It's just football and when you don't play well in any of the legs, then you go out.

Sad? Ultimately, Last 16 is not a bad European season for Porto. It's not great, either.

no u r correct- i just hate arsenal TBH- it was disapointing to see Porto go out so easily after having a decent lead- it was always going to be hard for them but 5-0:'(

funny i thought the same... funny how that happens.

the third goal was key... could see porto getting back into it if they had of taken one of their second half chances.

only saw the highlights of the Fiorentina/Munich match but it looked like a cracker.

Oh my, how marvelous is football, isn't it?

Particularly when EPL's finest team wins in the CL 🙂

Oh yeah, and Nasri's goal may very well be season's best so far.

Argh! Damn Lyon!

Pellegrini must go. What were they thinking when putting
a nobody to drive a 300 million euros football machine? Sheesh...

Wow, what a round. Arsenal annihilate Porto and Man U destroy Milan. Bayern M does what a German team does ... enough. And, of course, Lyon eliminates Real Madrid once again. You gotta love football!

And who do you suggest to lead Los Blancos?

Other than the money (which is a good enough reason for many, admittedly), any really top manager would be insane to go to Real Madrid. They aren't given the autonomy to do things properly.

Point taken.

But money is most of the times enough for coaching is, after
all, a career like any other.

Just see Capello: a good, respected coach willing to be paid in
exchange for commanding a pack of overpaid childish divas
who are more occupied with screwing each others' girlfriends
instead of playing football. 😛

True. So what you're looking for is someone who's already achieved everything they want to, and is now looking to top-up their pension.

Do you think Mourinho is searching for an extra pension margin?
