USA need to win to eliminate anyone. A draw and they have 4 points, Ghana and Portugal have 1 with one game to play...

US already beat Ghana so that's that tiebreaker. And Portugal if they tied US and beat Ghana they would have to get more than 6-0 to beat out the US.

Tie breaker is goal difference.

No head to heads matter... it's just goal difference. Then goals scored if that is level.

(This is +/-)

(This is points for)

d) greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned;

f) greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned;

g) drawing of lots by the FIFA Organising Committee.

As of know for TB (b) Germany is +4, USA +1, Ghana -1, and last Portugal -4.
Lol, this stat. Is basically like head-to-head.

Portugal will get those 4 goals back tonight in the Ronaldo show. US needs a draw tonight or they're going home.

Why does N. Korea not have a team? Are they not allowed to participate?

Russia had a really talented team under Hiddink in Euro-08 where they only lost to Spain in the semis, a decent team under Advocaat 2012, now under Capello they lost it all. Nothing to look forward to here.
