If they're that easy to beat then you may as well play out the games? You won't have to take as long on each move and it's nice to lay the smacketh down every once in a while. Is it a bit disrespectful to resign games purely because you think you'd beat them too easily??

But Flexmore's right, you can comment about engine use, but you can't make accusations about players that aren't necessarily guilty, you know how it goes, "innocent until proven guilty."
For example, if you were to say 'cmsMaster is an obvious cheater because blah blah blah' you could get into trouble. But if you said 'Ironman31 used Rybka' you couldn't really get into trouble. I'm sure you figured this out by now, but some others should probably hear it.
