WRONG. The only fact is that no1 was in a clan with Phlab and now isn't. All the rest is pure speculation masquerading as fact.
4) Phlabibit is tying to disassociate himself from no1marder in hopes of not being exposed as ex clan mates who are both hypocrites who are openly racists yet bans an ex Jewish member of the silent majority for making some racial slur. (no problem with that) But there is a problem when there is obvious protectionism based on association and excessive abuse of power when it comes from a rival clan. All FACTS.

And then not support banning someone else (A white man) known for black face humor, if you can call it that, for using the 'N' word. And if you did ban him it certainly wasn't as permanent as it was in the case of CIV. By the way I have no objection to his banning.
The punishment scale reminds me of how in the United States, powder cocaine (choice drug of whites) holds a lesser penalty than that of crack cocaine, which is the drug of choice for many blacks. Same drug different people.
Note: I am sorry about the death of your mother. You should think about that when you talk about someone else's Mother. Moms should be off limits.

I gave the reasons why the non-binding vote (it is non-binding in case you didn't know) should be ended and a team of Game Mods named. As of yet, I haven't heard you give any reason why that's no he business of ferreting out cheats no matter who they are or what clan they might be in.

CIV was told to use site feedback, but instead did something to get himself permanently removed from the forums, I can't do that. I really don't remember what he did, or care... but he did something after the fact to catch Russ' eye and earn the removal 3(c).
I'm not sure No1 is racist based on an avatar, he's always been a fan of 'cutting rapier wit'. I don't think his posting style is racist or ever has been. You are welcome to think what you will of him. Also, I have never said my clan was the reason for all that is right in the world and forums like RN has claimed, so your whole point is 'moo' anyway. RN is the one who claims to be a saint, not me.

3) Dumbness. The avatar was a metaphor having nothing to do with race, but having a lot to do with Forum Moderation as it pertained to my posts. I can't help it if that is too subtle for your low IQ;
4) Your post doesn't make any sense; how can Phlabs be trying to "disassociate" himself from me but "protect" me at the same time? And you can sit here and falsely claim I'm a racist till you're blue in the face, but I've never seen you confront the real racists in Debates like I have many times. More lies;
5) I don't know why you always have to make personal attacks and comments concerning other users personal lives that have nothing to do with RHP. It's revolting and childish;
6) I suggest you look up the word "discrepancy". It means a disagreement or divergence between facts and claims. There is no discrepancy between me having a higher rating at RHP than in OTB; I think you do also (having no OTB rating at all). And I never claimed otherwise.
A discrepancy would be where Red Night claims he had a 1880 OTB rating in one post while in another post claiming it wasn't on the USCF rating list because he hadn't played for several years, when the USCF lists all rated tourneys back to 1991 and holds over ratings from before that! Now that's a "discrepancy" and a half!
You have been carrying on a petty personal vendetta against me simply because I have brought out the many instances of hypocrisy that you and your hero RN engages in including supporting open racists like CIV and obvious frauds like nmdavidb. Perhaps you should clean up your own act rather than engage in a campaign based on nothing but lies.

I hate to get back to the topic of the thread and interrupt TrashBoy's vendetta based entirely on falsehoods and personal pique, but 2 people have voted since last night. Further stalling is ridiculous; let's have a Game Mod team named NOW.

You getting nervous? Look at that, I'm making a comeback...seems that I still have a chance at that #6 spot. Russ should hold off for a few days more to see if I can take that spot.

Ha, I am far more fit than you to be a game mod. I say some things on the forums to see how people react...and I laugh, and it's all fun. But I know how to catch cheaters...without cheating myself - which is more than I can say for a lot of people on this site.
People know my record for exposing cheats here. And if you are, once again, accusing me of being a cheat, I wish you'd have the ballsz to just say so. If you really believe that, you should be anxious for a team to be named so I can be quickly banned.
