Well you’d have to assume that the murdered woman would have carried the foetus to term unless you know other wise.
It’s a shame you cannot tell the difference between a woman choosing not to bring a life into this world and someone murdering a woman and her wanted child. I take it there were no rehabilitation schemes in your prison.

You cannot quite grasp the fact that women get to decide wether or not they continue with a pregnancy and become a mother for life can you. It can’t be easy being a Libertarian and a control freak at the same time.

As for crossing state lines the whole issue boils down to proximity of abortion clinics, they're still there, some with open welcoming arms, get on a plane and go there, nowhere in the US is more than a day away, no passport, no visa.
Texas has a bounty-hunter law that punishes anyone helping someone to get an abortion even if they leave the state. What if a 10 yr old was raped in that state?
This is the result of those conservative Justices overturning Roe v. Wade.

Pro abortionists should start a charity to help people cross state lines, it's not a hugely expensive operation, everyday millions of people do it without putting their hand out.
