She’s a good leader that’s for sure.

But to be objective she’s managed to keep COVID out of NZ the same way she keeps everyone else out of NZ...by exercising and flexing their firewall immigration policy, which frankly every country should have.

Also they have not escaped COVID merely delayed it. But that is still a good thing.
