@averagejoe1 saidIt's not MY fault you have started alerting my most substantive posts.
Suzanne,,, take a look at some websites, the pros outweigh the cons.
Moron? Did you see the thread where the pitiful ‘debater (?)’ Vivify posted a sentence of Biden saying we ‘ Don’t deserve to know‘ about packing, and saying Biden meant something else?!?!? Now THAT is moronic, dont you think?
Either that, or the mods have decided you need protection from getting repetitively thrashed in here by facts.

@suzianne saidOK, will try to do better, slow down. So much to do you know.
You know, I struggle to even understand your mishmash of unconnected, misspelled words and phrases missing words.
Please have a modicum of respect for your fellow forum members and please use the backspace key occasionally and proofread your posts to be sure they make sense before throwing them at us disdainfully. 'K, can you do that?

@vivify saidYes, I took a bit of literary license to add 'to know' at the end of his saying that we don't deserve. But to be fair, if you will, he was asked... do we need to know. He answered "NO! They don't deserve.". Then he followed with a 3rd sentence, (those were 2 separate sentences, if you can remember that from english class) that said something about playing Trump's game. (Of course, the question had actually NO reference to Trump at all.
Is your goal to simply keep claiming something you've already been shown is untrue? Biden didn't say "they don't deserve to know". That's a misquote.
Biden's exact word: "they don't deserve". He then clarified immediately afterward that he's referring to Trump playing games.
This was shown to you already. Pretending that you don't understand this is pure dishonesty.
So I have proven, herein above, that Biden said clearly, non-debatable, in his answer to the question, with a one-word sentence, "NO!"
If you disagree with my take, then tell us what "NO" meant. Don't disappear as does Marauder all the time, would love you to answer this question. What did No mean, what was it in answer to?

@AverageJoe1
Allow me to rephrase simply, since no discussion is needed.
Question:"Don't voters deserve to know what you stand for??"
Biden: No.

@suzianne saidWhat is alerting, you mean those weenie little hands? You think I would do that? Do you actually LOOK at those? Suzy Suzy

@averagejoe1 saidOf course you did. Your goal was to start an incendiary thread trash Biden. That's why you misquoted him in order to spice up your attack.
Yes, I took a bit of literary license to add 'to know' at the end
If you disagree with my take, then tell us what "NO" meant.
For the third time: this was already explained through the article from Forbes. They clearly laid out the context of what Biden was referring to. So unless you want to accuse Forbes of lying, there's nothing more to discuss on this topic.
@vivify saidForbes can say what they want to. Yes, they are wrong. They should read MY explanation, which is the only way to Interpret it, especially since Biden immediately deflected to ‘a game with Trump, ‘, whatever that means. Most of our population of 330 million do not know who Forbes is. But they know who Biden is, and they heard him say “No’ when asked if we deserve to know what is going on. It is what it is, Vivify. But don’t worry, he always gets a pass right down to when they have to lay him in a bed.

For what it is worth, Obama appointed Biden to handle Ukraine problems and China problems. Note that the millions that Hunter got came from those two countries. Your lives are really something, you deny everything. Every every every everything.
@averagejoe1 saidI think she means alerting the moderator. It's that exclamation point just to the right of those weenie little hands.

She likes using those weenie little hands, especially the thumbs down weenie... hand.. 😐

@lemon-lime saidI'm not privy to moderators as far as contacting, or who they are. Not too computer savvy, as obviously all of you are. Do you think she puts green marks by all of her posts?

@averagejoe1 saidAlerting a moderator means just that. A moderator looks at the post being flagged and decides if it violates the terms of service agreement or not. But having a post alerted doesn't automatically mean it will be removed. I've seen alerted posts that were not removed, so attempts to weaponize the alert feature simply because they don't like someone's point of view usually doesn't work.

I tried to thumb up and thumb down a few of my posts when that feature first showed up and nothing happened. You can only do that to someone elses posts.
@vivify saidOr maybe he's one of those who judge people by the content of their message rather than by the color of their (up and down) thumbs.
Now that is a joke. You are absolutely a Republican.
You think like a Republican, you defend them tirelessly, you refuse to say single negative word about the proven liar-in-chief, you're just as sycophantic toward Trump as Republicans, and your positions are exactly the same.
There is zero difference between you and any other Republican.
I'm tempted to say think about it, but *some people here* are offended by that phrase. So in the loftier interest of maintaining civil discourse I'll refrain from inviting you to think about it.

"Don't judge me by the color of my thumbs" :-)

@lemon-lime saidBut is not the purpose of thumbs to register agreement or discontent with the post, when that is usually done by answers or responses to the posts? Seems mean to me, to use a liberal adjective. Like, if Sonhouse breathes fire about his hatred of Trump, I would naturally do a thumbs down, but what would that mean to the forum? Not meaning to sound silly, but I don't get it.

Not meaning to sound silly, but I dont get it.It's a silly feature.
Not understanding its importance means you have the brain power to express yourself with words. Giving any credence to icons showing a numeric approval/disapproval rating is for... how do I put this delicately...
... for blockheads.
And nincompoops. Blockheads and nincompoops.

@lemon-lime saidThe thumb thing would hardly be resorted to in the halls of ‘debate college”, would it. So we are beyond college, beyond juvenile nah nah nah na nah, so why is it here? I still don’t get it. Like, I would walk from my lectern to a chalkboard and put a check mark or an ‘x’ ?
