@wildgrass saidThey will be leaches, parasites, if they accept this money. You are so cluless. And y'all keep comparing student loans to biz loans, which loans, and businesses, full under antoher agency and department of government......and which loans were 'forgiven' or paid with totally different reasoning.
You started it buddy, with you dumb shop lifter analogy.
In this context, it is ok to relieve student debt, because $800 billion in corporate loans were previously relieved. If you think both are morally wrong, that's fine, but I would rather work big to small in terms of fixing the moral corruption in society.
The student loan borrowers are not the leeches of society. The banks being robbed and you want us to arrest the guy stealing a tube of toothpaste.
No good point has been made by you llibs on this matter. Just mine about the nurse working two shifts means nothing to you. To hell with her. Let's pay the college grads, going on vacation in the car, but not her. Unless you can explain the logic, you all, all of you, totally lose this argument. Weird that Marader defends it with his incessant links and references to courts and law and trump or whatever. I would think we could get some plain english at least from one of you. No winners, guys. I just hate it.

@wajoma saidHe is killin you wildgrass. Can you not speak clearly as to why cherry picking the students is OK? Big Biz has nothing to do with it.
No ijit boy you started the dumb analogies with 'free money' to 'big business' versus 'student debt'. That was exactly my point, that you're still struggling with.

"...but I would rather work big to small in terms of fixing the moral corruption in society."
Some one rips off a million dollars, until that's sorted out anything less is a big free for all. You're good to go with a clear conscience at $950 000.
The contortions and self denial of a moral relativist.
I'm wondering if wildgrass has something needling her conscience and is looking for any excuse not to deal with it.

@wajoma saidlol you're an economist and an armchair psychologist.

@wajoma saidNo I got your point. It's all bad. We should be morally against all handouts. I agree.

Why'd you put 'free money' in quotes?

@wildgrass saidIf you are against handouts, would you please tangle witih SHav and Zhalanzi about it so we can observe?

@averagejoe1 saidI would tangle with them, for sure, but tend to agree a lot more with their posts than yours.

You won't admit it, but you like handouts Joe. You have defended them many times before, relating to military spending, entitlements, and sweet heart stadium deals for billionaires.
The only handouts you seem to protest are the ones for poor people.

"Buy a car or a house, go out to eat at a restaurant, vacation in Florida. Whatever it is, I'd rather have them have it than the government."
...but your whole post. A beating has been issued but rather than fessing up you change your position and claim that's what you said the whole time.
I use quote marks to indicate something you've said. Because there is no 'free money', because the 'free money' always comes with strings attached further stinking up the transaction.

@wajoma saidWhat is wrong with you? Do you know what words mean?

@wildgrass saidSo Wildgrass, protected 24/7 by our military, which snipes cretins with our drones while sitting in a Tampa facility (god I love those guys), does not like my defending the USA military, while he throws darts at a local pub. Got it.
I would tangle with them, for sure, but tend to agree a lot more with their posts than yours.

As to stadiums, (personally, I do not like to watch other people play sports while I could be doing something else), if you had your way………..there would be no stadiums???????????? Would you start a thread on that? Un-fn believable. A candy ass in our midst.
As to handouts, there are 40M people in the USA who need TOTALSUPPORT OF OUR COUNTRY. If the the ‘poor people’ you speak of are included in that group, I am in favor of being taxed to support them.
You’re being a liberal, probably quasi-loser, you are probably left out of getting support like Zhakanzi and Shav get. You are thus all angry at people like me who want you to get off your asses and be self-reliant. To Not be dependent on other people.
Get this. As much as you do not like me, get this, are you dependents aware that you are dependent on me, AvJoe?
16 Jul 23
@wajoma saidDependent losers like Zahlanzi truly think it IS free. Poor guy. Bless him.

@wildgrass saidSeriously , how can you agree with someone like Shav who brags about taking a lot of time off. and riding around the roads through the country roads in his car?
I would tangle with them, for sure, but tend to agree a lot more with their posts than yours.

Here is a gotcha question….(sorry Shav..,) would you hire Shav to work for you?
Everyone stop what you are doing, we have Wildgrass backed into a corner! (Sorry Wildgrass).
