no one knows the "cause and nature" of the charges...even Trump has constitutional rights.

Oh thats right, laws dont mean anything to libs do they?

a check number??? LMFAO
Which stupid thing do you believe;

A) That a corporate check isn't a "business record";

B) That specifying the exact business record(s) defendant is accused of falsifying doesn't give him sufficient notice?

The Grand Jury disagrees with you and says there was a felony; 34 of them in fact.
But were they? Felonies? Jury just says so? You are finding a safe and convenient harbor in the jury findings?

Oh, and would those prosecutors spend $220M to move the prosecution along........for the CEO, I mean? I wish you had commented on that as well in your post, so that I would not have to write this one. Geez
I don't bother to comment on every ridiculous claim right wingers make on this board.

We may have several issues going. My only question, today, right now, is there a felony?

The defense will get a chance to file pretrial discovery requests, a demand for a Bill of Particulars and any motions to dismiss or reduce charges. If the Judge feels that the facts don't warrant felony charges, he can dismiss or reduce them.

That's how the legal system works even for Donald Trump.

There's 34 felony charges pending against Trump.

But my comment has not been a claim. I don't claim it to be a felony or a misdemeanor, I am just looking and hearing that there is no established felony. I have said there must be a misdemeanor since there is no felony, but I myself do not know that. You seem to KNOW that it is today a felony. Well, why dont they say so?
Is there or not? You could have answered the question and not typed the above. Geez. Shall we dance?

Why don't you look at the actual indictment?

Ohhhhhhhhh. ...... Counts... You will have to define count. Please. You are off in the wild blue yonder. If you depict 'them' as Counts, is that different than misdemeanors or felonies?
I am not trying to be funny or entrap (I know, I am too stupid to entrap...), I am just trying to beg you to not speak mumbo-jumbo. Stay with me here, don't leave me with these other guys!

Trump has a constitutional right to know exactly what the charges are...he has not been afforded that

@shavixmir

Personally? trump altering a weather map would be enough for me to send the man to the US to cause stupidity.
But he was already there. And Americans are seemingly the dumbest fukking creatures on Earth.

If you ever look inward with your head out of your butt you will realize it’s the other way around. Yes, people like you are the dumbest creatures on earth! I honestly think you’re past that point of no return and lack the ability now. That is if you ever had it??? If you only knew how truly stupid you portray yourself and those like you. I do have hope there are some sort of liberals (although not here) around that have actual positive ideas and hope with intelligence behind ideas that could help for all. Working together with intelligence MAIA!

Counts are individual crimes committed during a single incident.

If someone breaks into a house to kidnap a child there are multiple crimes committed at once; each crime committed in that one instance is a count. For example, one count of breaking & entering, one count of assault if physical violence was used, and so on, all during the kidnapping.

A count is still a crime and can include other felonies, like in the kidnapping example. Trump has 34 felony counts; each count could include other felonies but that is still being looked at by the courts.

So you confirm that all we have are 'counts'.
You do not say we have misdemeanors or felonies. Are we having fun or not.

So you say 'crimes are individual crimes committed during a SINGLE incident'. Now we are getting somewhere. A Single Incident. Was there then just this one incident, falsifying business records? So, 34 counts of falsifying business records. Has anything happened since this was disclosed?
