@earl-of-trumps saidAgreed.
@vivify
I think authorities should work on the source of the murderous attitudes
In the meantime, enact gun bans and background checks.
@earl-of-trumps saidJust to remind you of the terms:
@no1marauder I've told you a million times not to exaggerate.
-------------
@EoT: You did? Are you sure you're not mixing me up with someone else?
@no1marauder didn't want the Walker-Warnock bet?
-------------------------
@EoT: sure. I'll take Walker. The dude ran against 5 other hopefuls. He smoked them, took 70%.
Ol' Herschel will not be denied. Not in Georgia, anyway.
"no1: Well, I regard you as an honorable man, Earl; how about a bet?
$25 to the charity of the winner's choice (non political one of course).
I say Warnock wins, you say Walker. Are we on?"

@no1marauder saidno thanks

This just in.........does it count as a mass shooting? 6 dead, 25+ wounded as of the latest count:

How many of the killed were children? If all 3 are kids then...these multiple shooters only got 1/6 as many as the Texas shooter.
Or if you include the other 3 killed in a different shooting, then 1/3 as many...assuming all the dead are kids.

Outlaw said the dead include a 22-year-old man, a 27-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man. The wounded ranged in age from 17 to 69, their conditions from stable to critical Sunday afternoon.
So no children killed.
@jj-adams saidThose are two separate incidents but both are "mass shootings". They are all over the MSM.

@no1Marauder, FYI
Herschel Walker, one of the Republican candidates vying for a U.S. Senate seat in Georgia, has the highest odds of winning the 2022 election, betting aggregator US-Bookies said in a press release.
In the field of Republican candidates, Walker has the highest odds of becoming the party's nominee. US-Bookies also said that Republicans have better odds than Democrats of winning the Georgia election.

Take the bet then. I'm certain when Georgians start concentrating on the election and find out all about Walker's past incidents, he is going to lose. The Trump wing of the GOP is really helping Democrats' chances of retaining the Senate; Dr. Oz in Pennsylvania is dead meat as well.
@jj-adams saidWhy do you keep saying you-know-who ?
Exactly.
They don't report the insane number of shootings in Chicago, etc because they are done by you-know-who and they don't want to report on anything that would make them look bad.
Just tell us. Or are you gutless ?
And while you are all at talking about Chicago, please specify what weapons are being used in this ongoing crime spree ?
Saying "guns" would suffice.
@kellyjay saidWRONG....QUITE THE CONTRARY
It shows in a place with really strict gun laws; the laws don't curtail the deaths,
that the leadership in that city and state actions are not working, so when
others want to adopt them; it is a prime example of doing the samething over
and over again, getting the same results and hoping something different will
happen.

I think authorities should work on the source of the murderous attitudes, myself. But that could be a long story
and it certainly pertains to more cities than just Chicago.
package earmarked for mental health....Funny, The GOP called them 'Death Panels,' and scoffed at this much needed aspect of health care. Now I hear all those GOP people calling for 'mental health care'.
@earl-of-trumps saidI thought you were worried about Chicago? So not enough for the shootings to stop?
gun bans...?
No
